These sweet boys are up next on the Portrait Party previews!  Their Mama was the host of the party and we’ve been trying to get the twins in to be photographed since they were born!  (It didn’t help us that they were born a week before Bells!) I’m so glad we were all finally able to meet!

]]> http://deenariley.com/mr-l-plano-child-photographer/feed/ 0 A Big Announcement! http://deenariley.com/a-big-announcement/ http://deenariley.com/a-big-announcement/#comments Mon, 07 May 2012 03:53:40 +0000 Deena http://deenariley.com/?p=3651 So, I’ve been dreaming and planning of this day for quite some time… and here it is… almost unexpectedly (ha!).  As of June 2, 2012, I’ll be a full time photographer and mommy.  In other words, no more day job of teaching.  Eeep!  So excited!  So nervous about making this work for our family!  It’s the right time, though.  I’m very excited for this new chapter in my life.  I know there will be aspects of teaching that I miss – after all, it’s been a huge part of my life for the past 6 years.  I’m proud of my accomplishments there, excited to see my former students excelling in high school and college, and I hope nothing but the best for all of them!  But, now – I feel like it’s my time to shine a bit.  I’m so ready to see what this new adventure holds for us.

That being said, some changes are coming around here (all good – promise).  Weekday shooting times, a shift towards in person ordering sessions (to help with that decision gridlock that I know we all get!), and a bunch of fun shoots on the horizon.  Speaking of… posts are more fun with a photo, so here’s a teaser of the shoot I did for Mollie & Tess today.  They are are chic new boutique accessory company specializing in puffs and rosettes for girls!  Love, love, love them!
